After nearly a decade of cooking in Santa Barbara's fine dining scene, Stephen transitioned to the front-of-house and has since led teams at some of the city's most iconic restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs. With his passion for wine and hospitality, Stephen became a certified Sommelier in 2019 and started Central Coast Sommelier, specializing in offering private, curated tasting experiences, consulting, and education.
